※FXN遺伝子について:FXN遺伝子変異で最も多いのはGAA三塩基リピート伸長ですが、本検査ではリピート伸長の検出は行っておりません。塩基配列の変異とコピー数変異のみを検出します。リピート伸長検査が必要な場合は別途ご相談ください。
※MTHFR遺伝子について:米国臨床遺伝・ゲノム学会(ACMG)の推奨に従い、MTHFR遺伝子の2つの一般的な多型(c.1286A>C(p.Glu429Ala、c.1298A>Cとも呼ばれる)およびc.665C>T(p.Ala222Val、c.677C>Tとも呼ばれる))は、臨床的有用性が不十分なため、本検査では報告しておりません。
※ALG1遺伝子について:高度に相同な領域の干渉により、現在の検査方法ではALG1遺伝子(NM_019109.4)のエキソン6~13における変異検出の感度が低下しています。
